How to Reset the Thetis FIDO2 Security Key:

Warning: Please note that after resetting the PIN, you will no longer be able to authenticate the accounts you previously registered.

⚡ Important: You must complete the following steps 2-4 within 10 seconds once you start the process.

  1. Open the Thetis Key Manager application and go to the FIDO tab.

  2. Insert your Thetis FIDO2 Security Key into your computer’s USB-A or USB-C port.

  3. Click the "Reset FIDO" option in the app.

  4. Follow the prompts on the screen, and when instructed, press the button on your security key to confirm the reset.

Once completed, your Thetis FIDO2 key will be reset to factory settings, and you can re-register it with new accounts.
